PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. - Air Force Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, incoming commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, accepts the USNORTHCOM flag from U.S. Secretary of Defense Dr. Mark T.
