PORTLAND AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Ore. - F-16D Fighting Falcons from the 162nd Fighter Wing, Ariz., takes off during a three-day Aerospace Control Alert CrossTell live-fly training exercise at Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore., July 25, 2018.
