The Honorable Katherine Hammack, Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Army, Installations, Energy, and Environment, visited NORAD and USNORTHCOM June 29, 2016, to discuss Army installations with Gen. Lori Robinson, commander of NORAD and USNORTHCOM. They discussed how the Army installations support the two commands' missions.
Assistant Secretary Hammack is the primary advisor to the Secretary of the Army and Chief of Staff of the Army on all Army matters related to Installation policy, oversight, and coordination of energy security and management.
