PETERSON
AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – The holiday spirit is definitely here thanks to the
amazing Holiday concerts scheduled by the U.S. Air Force Academy Band based in
Colorado Springs, Colo.
Join
them Dec. 17 at Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Dec. 19
at the Pueblo State Fair Events Center in Pueblo, Colo. Both concerts begin at 7 p.m.
Every
year, the USAFA Band provides entertainment in numerous locations in Colorado. To add to the Holiday entertainment, an Official
NORAD Santa Tracker, Maj. Karl Fruendt, financial and logistics officer at the North
American Aerospace Defense Command,
will provide information to the spectators and recruit new “Santa Trackers” to
follow Santa with NORAD on his journey around the world Dec. 24.
“Throughout
the year the men and women of NORAD work hard to provide aerospace warning,
control and maritime warning for North America, but for this one night every
year, we are able to bring the magic of the holidays to children around the
world,” said Maj. Fruendt. “We at NORAD
are honored to be a part of so many peoples’ holiday traditions.”

for his flight and on Dec. 24 at 4 a.m. you can speak with a live Santa Tracker
or email us to inquire as to Santa’s whereabouts at the www.noradsanta.org website.
And that’s not all. NORAD’s “Santa Cams” will also stream videos
